We started managing properties in Romania in 2003. The founders of Adel Invest, a group of investors with extensive knowledge in the real estate business sector in the United States, identified the major potential of the Romanian market and decided to invest here.
Since then, the local property management market has developed and we have followed the trends.
Our portfolio consists of over +950 properties, covering 8,810 sqm. of office buildings and commercial spaces, manages over 100km² of land and administers 17 companies.
